For a referral reward, the new patient and referrer each complete this page separately, subscribe, and follow Phoenix Rehab on Instagram. Reception may ask to see the follow status when issuing the reward. We do not collect social usernames or screenshots.

New patients must be new to Phoenix Rehab. Eligible services are physiotherapy, massage therapy, chiropractic, acupuncture, counselling, kinesiology, and one-on-one personal training. ICBC, WorkSafeBC, Chinese medicine, personal training packages, free visits, existing Jane patients, and Phoenix Rehab team members are excluded.

The new patient earns $10 in credit on each of their first five eligible treatment days completed by August 31, 2026, to a maximum of $50. Earned credit may be used through February 28, 2027 toward self-paid Phoenix Rehab charges, fees, and products. It cannot be applied to insured co-pays, transferred, exchanged for cash or gift cards, or used for tips.

At their first visit, the new patient tells reception the referrer's full name. The referrer receives one $10 Starbucks gift card after that friend completes and pays for their first eligible visit. The gift card cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Participation is optional and does not affect treatment.
